The 3rd edition of “New Year's Eve VIDAM Hotel Aracaju 2025 - The extraordinary islanding of your life” will consolidate the event produced by VIDAM, under the leadership of the visionary Prof. José Wilson, as the biggest and most sophisticated New Year's Eve party in the country.
The event, which received more than 10,000 customers in the 2022 and 2023 editions, expects an audience of up to 7,000 enthusiasts from all over the country for New Year's Eve 2025 for a truly splendid party.
The charms of Africa from the last event will give way to the celebration of life based on the Magic of Carnivals, and will recall the culture of popular festivals that attract millions of revelers in Brazil and around the world, for a day worthy of great joy.

1. CONCEPT
Our main premise is to promote the best possible experience - for the love of life - for our customers, leading them through happy moments while enjoying our services. To do this, we seek the best to serve you.
The event space is divided into 7 sales categories, they are: Arena Prata Norte, Arena Prata Sul, Ouro Front Stage, Mesa Ouro, Lounge Ouro and Camarote Diamante and Lounge Diamante.
All categories, except Arena Prata Norte[1], are All Inclusive, that is, the customer fully uses the party products from start to finish with the products destined for each area.
The principle of exclusivity is reinforced from the choice of location, as the event is held at VIDAM Náutico Clube & Praias, an incredible space that promotes contact with nature, the presence of the coast and the summer breeze that makes the night incredible.
All services are meticulously planned to provide comfort, from the spaciousness of the VIDAM Náutico Clube, to land or water transfer[2], the presence of places where the client can relax during the party, so that they can enjoy it in the best possible way.
These points are reinforced by security, with more than 100 hired agents and support from public bodies such as the military police, tactical groups and highway police.
And as with all of its events, the cultural focus brings even more grandeur to the event. We celebrate Brazilian roots and its cultural heritage in the world in a thematic way, with the best national and local artists, in search of the perfect experience.

6. STAGES
New Year's Eve VIDAM 2025 hosts the show prepared by the artists in two environments.
The mega structure of PALCO MUNDO, where the main shows take place, and PALCO PRAIA, in a delicious environment right on the sand, for DJs and shows between the main artists.

7. GASTRONOMY
Each environment at New Year's Eve VIDAM NÁUTICO 2025 has its own food and beverage services, whose menus are being meticulously prepared by renowned chefs, buffets and restaurants in Sergipe to, once again, please the most diverse tastes.
With a good variety of national and premium (imported) drinks, the party bars are designed to offer quality in the items and services offered in all sectors of the event.

8. SALES
I – Sales for the Arena Prata and Ouro Front Stage and Camarote Diamante (individual) environments will be carried out online, through the website www.baladapp.com.br, and in person at partner stores in Aracaju (SE): Farmácias Edson ( Av. Hermes Fontes, 948, Switzerland neighborhood), Loja Torcida-z Store (Shopping Jardins and Shopping RioMar), as well as at VIDAM Hotel Aracaju, located at Rua Dr. Bezerra de Menezes, 40, Atalaia neighborhood.

II – Sales for the exclusive sectors of the party (Mesa Ouro and Lounge Diamante) will be carried out in person at the Hotel, where packages for accommodation will also be sold, with or without a party.

III – The event classification is for people over 18 years old. Access by minors will only be permitted when accompanied by parents or guardians, upon presentation of an original supporting document with photo or authorization form issued by the Children and Youth Court, when necessary.

11.1 DIAMANTE LOUNGE

STRUCTURE
Full coverage.

DIFFERENTIALS
Exclusivity. The DIAMANTE PREMIUM category lounges, available for groups and families with a number of 10 or more people, offer a full view of the stage, free access to the Front Stage (Yellow Area) and other large areas, including the Silver Arena and the Praia Stage, except Arena Prata Norte, with exclusive waiter services (only per Lounge).

ALL INCLUSIVE
Premium Drinks:
12 year old whiskey, energy drink, imported vodka, sparkling wine, imported gin, beer, soft drinks, coconut water, mineral water and tonic and drinks.

11.2 DIAMOND CABIN

STRUCTURE
Full coverage.

DIFFERENTIALS
Exclusive space for up to 400 people. In this type of purchase, the customer will have access to the covered box, being able to move around the other areas, except Diamante Lounges, having free access to the Front Stage (Yellow Area) and the other large Areas, including the Silver Arena and the Praia Stage, except Arena Prata Norte, with personalized waiter service for the space.

11.3 GOLD LOUNGES

STRUCTURE
Partially covered, under pergolas. Polished floor.

DIFFERENTIALS
Gold category lounges offer partial views of the stage, free access to the Front Stage (Yellow Area) and other large areas, including the Praia Stage, except for the Silver North sector and the Diamond category. The Green Area lounges are organized into three environments, two of which have a table with 10 seats each, and a comfort space common to both environments, with a sofa, puffs and cushions. In the Blue Area, the lounges have a table with 10 chairs. All areas will have waiter services and access to buffets distributed across rooms, according to the map.

11.4 GOLD TABLE

Structure: Partially covered with Ombrelone (pool style umbrella). Polished floor.

DIFFERENTIALS
Tables in the Gold category offer a partial view of the stage, free access to the Front Stage (Yellow Area) and other large areas, except for the Arena Prata Norte and the Diamond category. They are distributed among the Ouro lounges. The coverage will be made using ombrelones (sombreros) and the floor will have a rustic finish. The tables in the Green and Blue areas have 10 seats and can be exclusive or shared for individual purchases. The area will be served by a waiter and will have access to buffets distributed across rooms, according to the map.

VALUE
Exclusive table with 10 seats or table for individual tickets. Price per person – R$ 1,890.00.
NOTE: For this category, the individual ticket will allow you to use a seat at tables shared with 10 people.

In this type of purchase, the customer will have access to the Front Stage (Yellow Area), being able to circulate in the Green and Blue areas, including Arena Prata Sul, Palco Praia and entitled to all the benefits offered to the category.

ALL INCLUSIVE
In the Front Stage Sector (Yellow Area), food and beverage islands will be set up available to customers in the category.

LARGE SILVER AREA

11.6 ARENA SILVER SUL

STRUCTURE
Fully uncovered, with polished flooring in the arena front stage, grass and interlocked paving. Partially covered food park.

DIFFERENTIALS
Tickets for Arena Prata Sul allow access to the front of Palco Mundo, a special location in relation to Palco Praia and the Food Park where fast food and bar options will be offered. Access to Arena Prata Norte is not permitted.

ALL INCLUSIVE
Drinks
The following will be served on islands distributed in Arena Prata Sul: sparkling wine, 8-year-old whiskey, national energy drink, coconut water, national gin, national vodka, national beer, water and soft drinks.

Individual – R$ 1,400.00.
NOTE: For this category, the individual ticket will allow collective use of seats and bistro tables, randomly distributed in the Arena Prata Sul sector and in limited numbers, with no table or seat reservations.

11.7 NORTH SILVER ARENA

Structure: Completely uncovered, with polished floors, grass and interlocking paving.
Menu limited to 03 (three) food and drink options from the Prata Sul category sold separately.

DIFFERENTIALS
Tickets for Arena Prata Norte allow you the freedom to purchase fast food and national and imported drinks available in the space. Access to other areas of the party is not permitted.

VALUE
I – FULL Individual – R$ 1,400.00
II – Individual HALF-ENTRY – R$ 700.00

Arena Prata Norte is the only area not covered by the All Inclusive service. Food and drinks, limited to 3 of each category included in Arena Prata Sul, will be sold separately in this space on the day of the event.
For this category, transfer sold separately in the amount of R$150.00 or carried out in your own transport.

12. TRANSFER

​

Complimentary transfer by shared bus leaving Aracaju for the categories covered. For the Arena Prata Norte category, the transfer is sold separately. Boarding locations will be informed at check-in and kit delivery, which will take place on December 28th, 29th and 30th, at VIDAM Hotel Aracaju.
NOTE: The transfer is a courtesy of VIDAM and an option for the customer, who can also use their own vehicle. To guarantee parking at VIDAM Náutico, you must request accreditation on the 28th, 29th and 30th of December. Subject to availability. VIDAM is not responsible for any complications during the transfer granted.

13. HALF PRICE POLICY
According to Law No. 12,933, of December 26, 2013, “students are guaranteed access to cinemas, film clubs, theaters, musical and circus shows and educational, sporting, leisure and entertainment events, throughout the national territory, promoted by any entities and held in public or private establishments, upon payment of half the ticket price actually charged to the general public”.
Therefore, it is mandatory to present, in the period of 28, 29 and 30/12/2024, when the accreditation and delivery of the definitive access kits to the VIDAM Hotel Aracaju 2025 New Year's Eve, the documentation proving the right to the HALF ENTRY benefit , in accordance with current legislation, by the beneficiary, exclusively for ARENA PRATA NORTE, which does not include additional services offered.
If the aforementioned document is not presented within the period above, the purchase will be canceled and the customer will be reimbursed 80% of the ticket value, with 20% being retained for the event promoter as administrative costs of the operation or the customer You can choose to pay the difference in the ticket for the FULL modality.

14. CHILDREN DISCOUNT POLICY
VIDAM Hotel Aracaju will offer a discount for children, exclusively for the Ouro and Diamante areas for reasons related to comfort and non-consumption of alcoholic beverages, under the following conditions:
I - Up to 5 (five) years old on the date of the event: one courtesy per paying adult.
II - From 6 (six) to 11 (eleven) years old on the date of the event: 50% discount.

These tickets must be purchased exclusively at VIDAM Hotel Aracaju by presenting an official document with a photo of the child and the paying adult, when necessary, and filling out a Voucher Purchase Term for Children.
Questions regarding access for minors can be consulted in the item "SALES - item III".

15. CANCELLATION POLICY
According to the Consumer Protection Code, for purchases made online there is a period of 7 (seven) days after the purchase for the right to regret, and cancellation must be requested within the BaladAPP website itself. Tickets purchased at commercial points such as partner stores or in person at VIDAM Hotel cannot be canceled.
VIDAM Hotel Aracaju is NOT responsible for tickets purchased outside official points of sale.
Failure to attend the event invalidates the ticket and does not allow for a refund.

16. TRANSFER OF TICKET OWNERSHIP
The transfer of ownership of tickets purchased on the BaladAPP website can be carried out up to 1x, exceptionally until December 27, 2024, directly on the platform.
To transfer tickets purchased at physical points of sale such as partner stores or in person at VIDAM Hotel Aracaju, they must be carried out at the reception of VIDAM Hotel Aracaju, with presentation of the official ticket, copy of official document with photo and written request for transfer of ownership. In case of need for a transfer carried out by third parties, a power of attorney from the ticket holder must be presented with a notarized signature, a copy of an official document with a photo of the holder and the grantee.

17. WITHDRAWAL OF KITS
Collection of the official event KITs must be carried out on the 28th, 29th and 30th of December, at the VIDAM Hotel Aracaju, with the presentation of the official tickets for the event and official document with photo. If third parties need to collect the KIT, a power of attorney from the ticket holder must be presented with a notarized signature, a copy of an official document with a photo of the holder and the grantee.

Upon receipt, the KIT becomes the customer's responsibility, and VIDAM Hotel is not responsible for providing compensation to the customer in the event of misplacement, loss, theft or damage that makes access to the event and additional services impossible.

18. LGPD AND USE OF IMAGE
In accordance with the General Data Protection Law, VIDAM Hotel Aracaju undertakes not to disclose to third parties any information relating to the personal data of its customers. All personal data provided will be kept absolutely confidential. Customers, in turn, expressly authorize VIDAM Hotel Aracaju to use their personal data, whether sensitive or not, for an indefinite period of time for marketing and advertising purposes through written and televised media, periodicals, social networks, as well as transfer to partner companies to send information via email, cell phone, telephone call or other means.
Likewise, upon purchasing the event ticket, the customer expressly understands that VIDAM Hotel Aracaju may capture images of customers for marketing and advertising purposes, which may be used indefinitely.

19. EVENT CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, New Year's Eve VIDAM 2025 will be widely publicized on all official event communication channels. In this situation, for reimbursement, it will be up to the customer to choose between reimbursement of the full amount within 60 days or credit from the seller to be used in other events or services of the same, within a period of 12 months.

20. KIDS SPACES
VIDAM Hotel Aracaju will provide, on the day of the event, a space for entertainment and accommodation for children, accompanied by a guardian for recreational activities, with an express commitment to full responsibility for minors by their direct guardians at the event. The use of the Kids space for rest is subject to the signing of an Expression of Interest and Term of Responsibility for the Minor, through the VIDAM Hotel Aracaju service channels, until December 27, 2024.

21. GENERAL OBSERVATIONS
The following will not be allowed to enter the event:
• People carrying drugs or illegal substances, weapons and sharp objects.
• Containers, glass cups or any other type of packaging that could cause injuries; glass, plastic or metal objects such as perfumes and cosmetics.
• Toxic substances; medicines without sealed packaging, fireworks and explosions, flammable items in general, firearms or bladed weapons of any type; batons, batons, shock devices, gas tubes, spray foam.
• Motorcycle helmets and similar items.
• Clothing and accessories with sharp shapes and parts that could hurt or cause injuries, as well as sharp, sharp objects or objects that could put the public at risk.
• Pets of any kind.

VIDAM Hotel Aracaju reserves the right to change these Regulations at any time, without prior notice.
